All our carers go through rigorous checks during the recruitment process, to ensure that they hold the relevant qualifications which make them competent workers. In addition, we intend to provide fair pay to all members of staff, not only for the work put in but to ensure that they remain committed at all times.

We carry out regular spot checks to monitor carers, and also to ensure compliance.
All healthcare staff are required to achieve enhanced DBS clearance and will need to register with the Independent Safeguarding Authority for Vetting and Barring.
Training
We provide candidates with all the up to date training/refresher that is required for both our qualified, part qualified and unqualified staff. Areas of training as follows:

- Health & Safety / COSHH & RIDDOR
- Abuse Awareness, POVA & POCA
- Managing Violence and Aggression
- First Aid
- Medication Awareness
- Dementia awareness
Essential requirements
Applicants should have 6 months UK experience of service provision in the care profession
Training in health and safety risk assessment
Must have an NVQ level 2
UK Driving Licence (optional)
MUST be hard working, reliable, and flexible and have the ability to work independently.
